With storms around, an initial postponement of racing on Day 4 of the Australian A-Cat Nationals due to insufficient and unstable wind ended in cancellation of racing due to a "white out" on the water as the storms hit Lake Cootharaba, Queensland, with fury.

Three races are now scheduled for the last day of the event. Glenn Ashby is well in the lead, on 5 points, but there are four boats with between 14 points and 18 points on the scoreboard, so match and team racing tactics may well bring a game of cat and mouse into play for the podium positions on the last day of racing for the Aussie A-Cat Nationals in 2011.
